About the authors:
- Leander Nardin, born in Austria, transitioned from extreme sports like wingsuit flying to calmer adventures such as ski tours and freediving. As a photographer, he uses his work to capture joy and raise awareness for environmental issues.
- Maria Zehentner, also from Austria, traveled the world for a decade after studying tourism. Her meeting with Leander inspired her to combine sports, nature, and writing during their shared adventures.
