However, Miller has done more than simply honor them. He has breathed new life into their most memorable images, finding the perfect accomplice in his friend John Malkovich. Together, they initiated a unique project that is more than a simple reconstruction – it is a profound philosophical exploration of creativity itself.

Their method is almost scientifically precise: each image is meticulously recreated down to the smallest detail. Every set is painstakingly reconstructed, every object carefully selected or reproduced. Malkovich underwent hours of makeup transformations, patiently and focused, to truly become the protagonist of the original image.
