About the author and illustrator
Susie Rae is a versatile author, editor, and researcher who writes books on all sorts of subjects, from dinosaurs to Dungeons & Dragons. In addition to writing, she teaches psychology and organizes scientific workshops in the United Kingdom. Susie lives in London with her partner and a noisy cat named Pinto.
Caroline Attia is a renowned illustrator and animator whose playful style has been featured in ELLE, The New York Times, and Harvard Magazine. Her film work has won awards at the Istanbul Animation Festival. After Whatever the Weather and The Big Book of Treasures, Young Adventurers is her third book with Little Gestalten.
