In 2009, Modular Projects launched a modular architecture product based on modular industrialized construction with a wooden structure for private homes, warehouses, penthouses, or extensions. This type of construction, common in the USA and many Northern European countries, allows construction in 120 days at a much lower cost than the traditional brick construction system, with unbeatable energy efficiency and a finish comparable to a luxury home.

With over 190 homes completed to date, these modular constructions are faster and easier to build (significantly reducing costs), and are made with safe, ecological, flexible, and functional materials, with much better thermal and acoustic performance than traditional construction.
