Elliott Erwitt

Elliott Erwitt, born in Paris in 1928 to Russian parents, arrived in the United States in the late 1930s. After establishing himself as a magazine photographer over the next decade and a half, he joined the renowned photography agency Magnum in 1953. In addition to his magazine work, he also achieved great success as an advertising photographer. Elliott Erwitt passed away in late November 2023 at the age of 95.
