About the Author

Pauline Pete is an illustrator from Fulda, Germany. She studied illustration at HAW Hamburg and completed her master's degree in 2024. Her work combines analog and digital techniques, including watercolor, ink, pencil, gouache, collage, and digital drawings. With Homesick House, she showcases her ability to bring fantasy, emotion, and style together in a visually rich and inspiring story for children.
